OUR APPROACH

We chose not to use virgin wood from cut down trees, but from wood used in packaging and pruning from the agricultural sector, from maintenance services in woods, parks, gardens and, finally, from separate waste collection in the various recycling depots.

The raw material is processed in a system that removes all impurities, refines it up to the required particle size, dries it (with smoke at 400°C from the heating plant) and mixes it with thermo-setting glues.

The next forming process takes place, according to the type of pallet block, with extrusion presses or single-compartment presses.

This is a product that provides endless benefits compared to pallet blocks obtained by cutting square virgin wood sections.
